Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a call or entering into a service agreement with Service Glow. These terms describe your rights, your obligations, and the conditions of the Founding Client Offer. Section 1

About Service Glow

Service Glow is a digital marketing company specializing in AI-powered SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Google Business Profile management, social media marketing, YouTube content marketing, and related digital marketing services for home service businesses.

Service Glow operates as a direct-service provider. Clients work directly with the Service Glow team with no intermediary account managers or third-party layers unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

Section 2

The Founding Client Offer

The Founding Client Offer is a time-limited promotional offer available to a maximum of ten (10) qualifying home service businesses. The offer includes the following terms:

Agreement Length 12 months (minimum term, as described in Section 4)
Availability Limited to 10 founding client spots. Once filled, this offer will not be reinstated at these terms.
Standard Rate After Offer $1,450.00 per month (applicable to new clients once founding spots are filled)
Price Lock Founding clients are price-locked at $997.00 per month for the full 12-month initial term

Founding client pricing is available only to the first 10 businesses that complete a signed service agreement in April of 2026 and submit their setup fee payment. Booking a call does not reserve a spot. A spot is reserved only upon execution of a signed service agreement and receipt of the setup fee.

Section 3

Services Included

The Founding Client Local Domination Package includes the following services, delivered on an ongoing monthly basis:

  • Unlimited Human-Led SEO Enhanced with AI: On-page, technical, local, and AEO-structured content built to rank in traditional search engines and AI-generated search results, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Siri, Alexa, and Perplexity. All SEO strategy and content decisions are made by Service Glow team members. AI tools are used to accelerate research, content drafting, and optimization processes.
  • Google Business Profile (GBP) Management: Full optimization of the client's GBP listing, including field completion, weekly posts, photo management, Q&A seeding, and citation monitoring across 30 or more directories.
  • Automated Review Generation: Post-job SMS sequences designed to increase review volume on Google, Facebook, Yelp, TrustPilot, BBB, and other applicable platforms. Client is responsible for providing job completion data or access to their CRM to trigger sequences.
  • Social Media Management: SEO-structured content published consistently across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The same content may be repurposed across platforms to maintain SEO consistency. Custom platform-specific messaging is available as an upgrade.
  • YouTube Content Marketing: Optimized video content designed to rank independently in Google search results. Service Glow creates videos from image assets. If you'd like any custom video work, you'll record the video on your own device, and Service Glow can provide scripts and direction as requested. An additional project fee may apply. Service Glow handles optimization, publishing, and channel management.
  • Missed Call Text-Back Automation: Automated SMS reply to missed calls within approximately 60 seconds, delivered through the Service Glow platform. Requires the client to forward or provide access to their business phone line.
  • Live Results Dashboard (Glowlytics): Client access to a real-time dashboard showing ranking movement, reviews earned, calls received, and missed calls recovered.
  • Monthly Strategy Call: One 30-minute strategy call per month to review results, align on upcoming content priorities, and address any changes in the client's services, service area, or seasonal needs.

Service Glow reserves the right to adjust the tools, platforms, or methods used to deliver these services, provided the quality and scope of deliverables remain consistent with what is described above. Any material reduction in scope will be communicated in writing with at least 30 days' notice.

Section 4

Agreement Term and Minimum Commitment

The Founding Client Offer requires a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months from the date the service agreement is signed and the setup fee is received. This minimum term exists for the following reason, which Service Glow discloses transparently:

Search engine rankings, Google Business Profile authority, and AI search visibility take time to build. Based on industry data and Service Glow's direct experience, meaningful ranking movement typically begins around months 3 to 4, and sustained, defensible results become visible around months 6 to 12. A twelve-month commitment ensures that both Service Glow and the client have sufficient runway to produce and measure genuine results.

Clients who cancel before the end of the 12-month minimum term will be responsible for the remaining balance of the agreement, calculated by multiplying the monthly retainer amount by the number of months remaining in the term. Early termination fees may be waived at Service Glow's sole discretion in cases of documented hardship or material failure to deliver services as described.

After the initial 12-month term, the agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month arrangement at the same monthly rate unless either party provides 30 days' written notice of intent to terminate or modify the agreement.

Section 5

Billing and Payment Terms

  • The one-time setup fee of $99.00 is due at the time of execution of the agreement and is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
  • The monthly retainer of $997.00 is billed on the same calendar date each month, beginning 30 days after receipt of the setup fee.
  • Payment is accepted via credit card, ACH bank transfer, or other methods made available through Service Glow's payment processor.
  • Invoices are considered past due if not paid within 7 calendar days of the billing date. Service Glow reserves the right to pause services on accounts more than 14 days past due.
  • Founding Client pricing of $997.00 per month is locked for the initial 12-month term. Service Glow reserves the right to adjust pricing for subsequent terms with 30 days' written notice.
  • All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). Clients outside the United States are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.
Section 6

Client Responsibilities

In order for Service Glow to deliver the services described in this agreement, the client agrees to:

  • Provide Service Glow with manager-level access to their Google Business Profile within 5 business days of agreement execution.
  • Provide access to or forwarding of their primary business phone number for missed call text-back automation setup.
  • Participate in the initial onboarding call (approximately 30 minutes) within 7 business days of agreement execution.
  • Review and approve content drafts within 5 business days of receipt. Failure to respond within this window will be treated as approval, and the content will be published as submitted.
  • Record YouTube video content using scripts and directions provided by Service Glow, within 7 business days of script delivery each month. *For custom YouTube videos only.*
  • Provide accurate information on their services, service areas, business hours, and any operational changes that may affect the digital marketing strategy.
  • Attend or reschedule monthly strategy calls within 5 business days of the originally scheduled date.

Service Glow is not responsible for delays in deliverables caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities in a timely manner.

Section 7

Results Disclaimer

Service Glow provides digital marketing services designed to improve online visibility, search rankings, and lead generation for home service businesses. However, the following disclaimer applies:

  • Service Glow does not guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, review counts, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results vary based on market competition, geographic area, industry, and other factors outside Service Glow's control.
  • Typical results begin to appear between months three and four of the engagement. Significant and sustained results are most commonly observed between months six and twelve.
  • Past results achieved for other clients are provided as examples only and do not guarantee similar outcomes for any specific client.
  • Service Glow commits to transparent monthly reporting via the Glowlytics dashboard and monthly strategy calls, ensuring clients always have a clear picture of progress and activity.
Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, frameworks, templates, workflows, and systems developed by Service Glow in the delivery of services remain the intellectual property of Service Glow unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Content created specifically for and published on the client's digital properties, including website pages, Google Business Profile posts, YouTube videos, and social media posts, becomes the client's property upon publication and full payment of the associated monthly retainer.

Service Glow's proprietary tools, dashboards, automation systems, and Glowlytics platform remain the exclusive property of Service Glow and are provided to the client under a limited license for the duration of the service agreement.

Section 9

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, pricing, client data, or operational details shared during the course of the engagement. Service Glow will not share client business information with third parties except as required to deliver the contracted services, comply with legal obligations, or with the client's explicit written consent.

Clients agree not to share Service Glow's proprietary systems, workflows, pricing structures, or strategic frameworks with competitors or third parties without Service Glow's prior written consent.

Section 10

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

  • By the Client After the Minimum Term: Client may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the completion of the 12-month minimum term. No early termination fee applies.
  • By the Client Before the Minimum Term: Client is responsible for the remaining balance of the 12-month agreement as described in Section 4. Service Glow may, at its discretion, negotiate an alternative resolution.
  • By Service Glow for Non-Payment: Service Glow may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice if payment is more than 30 days past due and no resolution has been reached.
  • By Either Party for Material Breach: Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure the breach within that notice period.
  • By Service Glow for Cause: Service Glow reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement if the client engages in illegal activity, makes false representations, or engages in conduct that damages Service Glow's reputation or the integrity of its services.

Upon termination, Service Glow will provide the client with all content created and published on their behalf during the engagement. Access to the Glowlytics dashboard and Service Glow's automation systems will be removed within 30 days of the termination date.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

Service Glow's total liability to the client for any claims arising from or related to the service agreement shall not exceed the total monthly retainer fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Service Glow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if Service Glow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Glow is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube, to their algorithms, policies, or interfaces that may affect the performance of the services described in this agreement.

Section 12

Email and Communication Compliance

Service Glow's outreach communications, including the Founding Client Offer email, comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. All promotional emails include a valid physical address, clear sender identification, an honest subject line, and an unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days.

By replying to a Service Glow email or booking a call through a Service Glow link, you consent to receive follow-up communications related to your inquiry. You may opt out of future communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any Service Glow email or by contacting Service Glow directly at the contact information below.

Section 13

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any service agreement entered into with Service Glow shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or by mutual agreement via video conference.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Section 14

Modifications to These Terms

Service Glow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Service Glow's services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at serviceglow.com. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
